Join us on Mondays & Wednesdays for a morning meditation in our large, airy marquee in the garden. Each session is one hour long and includes a short talk and a guided meditation led by an experienced Kadampa meditation teacher.
The meditations are simple, powerful methods to train our mind to be peaceful and happy, helping us to solve our inner problems of stress, anxiety and depression and find a genuine, lasting inner peace and happiness. These sessions are perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike and everyone is welcome.
Please note: the Morning Meditations are in person only and will not be live-streamed online. We ask everyone to be mindful of the Covid safety guidelines and please to wear a mask covering your mouth and nose at all times. Don’t worry if you forget your mask – we will provide one.
