KMC Liverpool holds regular meditation classes, courses and retreats at the Centre; many of them are also available live-streamed online and via catch-up for 7 days. This page lists all our upcoming classes and events.

Please note: KMC Liverpool’s live-streamed classes are available only to people based in the local area; if you are based outside the Merseyside area and want to attend classes online, please find your local centre to stream from here.

Meditation Classes

Meditation classes can be attended as a series or as stand-alone classes. Our meditation classes are for everyone who is interested in learning how to meditate, regardless of background or beliefs. They are designed to give a broad introduction to Buddhist meditation, teachings, and practice.

Day Courses & Retreats

Pujas (Chanted Prayers)

Pujas (chanted prayers) are an important component of training in a spiritual life. They help us to still our mind, connect with enlightened beings, and receive blessings.
