The General Programme (GP) provides a basic introduction to meditation and Buddhist teachings that is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced meditators. Through these classes we can learn how to use Buddha’s advice in our daily lives to solve our problems and find the peace and happiness we seek.

These classes are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions, allowing you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and feel refreshed and inspired.

Monday evening classes are available live-streamed online (and for 7 days via catch-up); Saturday morning classes take place at KMC Liverpool in the garden marquee. Please book below.
