The General Programme (GP) provides a basic introduction to meditation and Buddhist teachings that is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced meditators. Through these classes we can learn how to use Buddha’s advice in our daily lives to solve our problems and find the peace and happiness we seek.
These classes are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions, allowing you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and feel refreshed and inspired.
Attend in person at the Centre or join in via Zoom online (and for 7 days via catch-up). To maintain social distancing, in-person places are limited so please be sure to book in advance.
