About

Everyone wants to be happy all the time but hardly anyone understands how to accomplish this. Because happiness and suffering, are states of mind, if we wish to be happy all the time we must learn to cultivate the causes of happiness and reduce the causes of suffering within our own mind. All the teachings and meditations given in this course are authentic Buddhist methods that if practiced will enable anyone to find their own lasting happiness, freedom, and peace of mind.

“All the happiness there is in the world arises from wishing others to be happy.” - Shantideva,

In particular this course will teach you how to enhance your minds of love, wishing others to be happy; compassion, wishing others not to suffer; and wisdom, realizing how things really exist in dependence upon your own mind. Practicing these minds will cause your daily problems, arising from anger, jealousy, selfish behaviour, and difficult circumstances, to disappear, and your mind will become calm and peaceful. It will also unlock your real potential to be happy all the time, and enable you to help others do the same.
