The General Programme (GP) provides a basic introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditation that is suitable for beginners. Through these classes we can learn how to use Buddha’s advice in our daily lives to solve our problems and find the peace and happiness we seek.
The drop in meditation classes at the centre and its branches are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
You do not need to book in advance, just drop in. We run evening meditation classes at the centre and its branches during term times.
