In these morning sessions we introduce you to meditation, offering guidelines on developing and deepening meditation practice for complete beginners. Learn meditations to relax body and mind, achieve inner peace and mental clarity, and develop a kind and patient attitude towards others. These simple guided meditations can be practised by anyone. With regular practice, they help us to experience inner peace and mental clarity, and to increase our love and compassion for others.
