| £20.00Composed by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, and extracted from the Ganden Emanation Scripture, this sadhana, or ritual prayer for spiritual attainments, is a perfect preparation for Mahamudra meditation. Through engaging in this practice of Guru yoga – a special way of relying upon our Spiritual Guide – we can quickly receive the blessings of all the Buddhas.
In this course we will emphasise the importance of practising this sadhana every day and we will actually engage in this practice 4 times. A delicious vegetarian lunch and refreshments throughout the day will be provided.

The teacher of this course is KMC Liverpool’s Resident Teacher Kelsang Gyalpo. Originally from Ireland, Kelsang Gyalpo has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s guidance for many years. He has worked and taught in many Kadampa centres throughout the world and brings with him an enthusiastic, balanced and kind approach to the teachings.
