At these classes, suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced meditators, you will learn how to develop these beneficial habits yourself through simple meditations on the Six Perfections. These positive mental attitudes were taught by Buddha as the actual path to enlightenment, or permanent inner peace. Anyone can practise them and everyone is welcome.
