The Habits of Happy People

All the very happiest people share certain positive habits of mind. At these classes, suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced meditators, you will learn how to develop these beneficial habits yourself through simple meditations on the Six Perfections. These positive mental attitudes were taught by Buddha as the actual path to enlightenment, or permanent inner peace. Anyone can practise them and everyone is welcome.

In these accessible meditation classes you will learn methods to gain inner peace, mental clarity and emotional freedom.
