Slow Down, Relax, De-Stress

If we are constantly moving from one thing to the next, we never give ourselves time to relax. So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. We can learn to slow down, relax and de-stress by learning to develop and maintain a special experience of inner peace.

The teacher of this special event, Kelsang Gyalpo, has studied and practised under the guidance of the modern Buddhist master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for almost 20 years. He is the current Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre (KMC) Liverpool.

Originally from Ireland, he has worked and taught in many Kadampa centres throughout the world and brings with him an enthusiastic, balanced and kind approach to the teachings.
