These Sunday morning classes include a guided breathing meditation followed by a short talk to help us to cultivate a mind of loving kindness and to show us how training in love, compassion and patience can turn every daily situation, even difficult ones, into opportunities for spiritual growth.
Following the teaching there are special prayers for World Peace and an opportunity for reflection.
