On this special purification retreat, we can purify our negative actions and obstacles to our spiritual practice and develop deep and powerful compassion for all living beings by relying on Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of compassion.

Traditionally practised over two days, the retreat involves keeping pure discipline, making prayers and prostrations to Buddha Avalokiteshvara and engaging in a fast. Everyone is welcome but some previous experience would be helpful.
