New Year, New You (Online & In Person)

It’s a new year – isn’t it time for a new you? Learn how to meditate on this 3-week introductory course. Meditation is the key to unlocking a positive outlook, finding stillness within and reducing anxiety.

    • Be peaceful – find inner peace in a turbulent world.
    • Be happy – share the joy of a meaningful life.

Please note: To maintain social distancing, seating in the Meditation Room is very limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; we would ask everyone seated in the Meditation Room to please wear a mask. Also, to make it as safe as possible for everyone, we will have the windows and door open to allow adequate ventilation, please bring a warm jumper! Overflow seating is available in the Café; if you are exempt or would prefer not to wear a mask, please sit in the overflow area.
