A Peaceful and Relaxing Meditation Retreat

Take a break from your usual, busy Saturday morning routine and join us for this practical and meaningful retreat. On this retreat, you will learn three simple breathing meditations to make your
mind calm and peaceful. Breathing meditation helps us to reduce stress, anxiety & worry and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being. This retreat will allow you to feel relaxed, positive, and inspired to make meditation a part of your daily life.

This retreat consists of three session. Refreshments and a delicious brunch will be provided. It will be held in our garden marquee weather permitting or in our beautiful meditation room if the weather is inclement.

Meditation teacher Ken Evans

This course will be taught by Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher Ken Evans. Ken is from Liverpool; he has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditation for many years and currently teaches our branch class in Southport. He shows a humble, kind example as a practitioner and his clear explanations of Buddha’s teachings give us the confidence to practise them in our daily life.
