Meditations for a Clear Mind – Sunday 24th October
In times like these, when things are difficult, it can be hard to relax and clear the mind. Many people find that meditation really helps.
Anyone can meditate: it’s easy to learn and simple to do. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful until eventually we will be able to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
This series is perfect for beginners and for experienced meditators. Each week you’ll learn a different meditation from the Meditations for a Clear Mind series, based on the illuminating books of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso; they are designed to lead to a genuine experience of inner peace and mental clarity.
Please note: These classes are in-person only, held indoors in KMC Liverpool’s Meditation Room. Space is limited so BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL! We ask everyone please to be mindful of the Covid safety guidelines and please to wear a mask covering your mouth and nose at all times. Don’t worry if you forget your mask – we will provide one.
