| Free – £25The second of three weekend retreats in January covering the complete stages of the path to enlightenment, the special presentation of all Buddha’s teachings laid out step-by-step in an easy to understand and practise format. This retreat will focus on the stages of the path of a being of intermediate scope: Contemplating the Four Noble Truths & entering the path to liberation. The retreat is suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators and everyone is welcome.
The retreat is in two parts: two teaching sessions on Saturday morning followed by guided meditation retreat sessions on Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. It’s not necessary to attend all sessions.
Book for the whole weekend, just the Saturday morning teaching sessions, or just the guided meditation retreat sessions. The retreat will be streamed online live & then available via catch-up for 7 days.

The retreat will be lead by Catherine Traynor. Catherine has been studying and practising meditation & Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Her teachings are very clear, practical and good-hearted, coming from her wealth of personal experience of Buddhist practice.
