A half-day meditation retreat

Developing compassion and wisdom, and helping those in need whenever possible, is the true meaning of human life.
– Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

Have you ever wondered what life is all about? We all want to lead a meaningful life, but it can feel as if we’re lacking any real direction; we feel as if our life is slipping away from us. Buddha taught that our precious human life can be immensely meaningful because it gives us the opportunity to find lasting happiness for ourselves and others – all we need to do is learn to use it wisely.

On this special half-day course with Kadampa Buddhist teacher Lesley Bower we will explore how to make our daily life truly meaningful by practising the spiritual path in all our daily activities. Everybody is welcome.

This retreat consists of two sessions including talks and guided meditations. Refreshments will be provided. It will be held in our garden marquee, weather permitting, or in our beautiful meditation room.

Where: KMC Liverpool & streamed online

When: Saturday 16th July 10am – 1.30pm

Cost:  £15/free for members
