By learning how to control our mind, instead of allowing our mind to control us, we can create a sense of inner peace & mental freedom. In these meditation classes, discover simple and practical meditation techniques and learn how to let go of anxiety & find lasting peace within your own mind.
Each class will focus on a different topic. Everybody is welcome.
