Anxiety is a more and more common problem for many of us in these uncertain times.  Meditation is an effective method to deal with anxious & negative feelings and overcome them.  By learning how to control our mind, instead of allowing our mind to control us, we can create a sense of inner peace & mental freedom.  In these meditation classes, discover simple and practical meditation techniques and learn how to let go of anxiety & find lasting peace within your own mind.
Each class will focus on a different topic.  Everybody is welcome.

The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Jigme. Ordained as a monk in 1997 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Jigme has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang’s guidance in major Kadampa Centres throughout the UK for many years. He shows a humble, kind example as a practitioner and his clear explanations of Buddha’s teachings give us the confidence to practise them in our daily life.
