A half-day meditation retreat

Losing the people and things that we love and dealing with unwanted change is a part of life, but it can hurt us deeply. We seek lasting happiness and security in people, places and things, hoping that they will give us the lasting pleasure, comfort and peace we seek, but in the end they can never do this. Everything changes.

Through meditation we can develop a special wisdom that will help us to remain calm and happy and to deal with the winds of change and loss. We can become a strong, wise and peaceful person for the benefit of ourself and others. Everyone is welcome!

This retreat consists of two sessions consisting of talks and guided meditations. Refreshments will be provided. It will be held in our garden marquee, weather permitting, or in our beautiful meditation room.

Where: KMC Liverpool & streamed online

When: Saturday 4th June 10am – 1.30pm

Cost:  £15/free for members
