Is your glass half full or half empty? Whether we experience a happy, meaningful life or a stressful, unhappy life all depends on our way of thinking. Happiness and suffering are states of mind, so if we truly want to be happy and free from suffering we must learn how to control our mind. With meditation, we can train ourselves to think positively and to maintain an authentic experience of inner peace, even in difficult situations. Discover the potential for lasting happiness and joy within your own mind on this special half-day meditation course. Every body welcome!

The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Jigme. Ordained as a monk in 1997 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Jigme has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang’s guidance in major Kadampa Centres throughout the UK for many years. He shows a humble, kind example as a practitioner and his clear explanations of Buddha’s teachings give us the confidence to practise them in our daily life.
