KMC Liverpool’s building is temporarily closed to the public, but although you can’t come to us, we can come to you! All our regular meditation classes, courses and retreats are still on at their usual times, live-streamed online.

Our live-streamed classes are available to people based in the local area; if you are based outside the Merseyside area, please find your local centre here.


The drop in meditation classes at the centre and around Merseyside are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
