Why not learn to meditate? More and more people nowadays are finding great benefit in these difficult times by learning to calm the mind with simple meditation practices. Kadampa Meditation Centre Liverpool at Sefton Park in the heart of the city offers a full programme of meditation classes and courses for all abilities and levels of interest, from introductory meditation classes for beginners up to in-depth Kadampa Buddhist study & meditation programmes. Everybody is welcome.
We run classes here at the Centre and in venues around Merseyside. Our current programme includes Morning Meditations on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, Meditation Classes on Monday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings and Saturday half-day courses and retreats. Our Daily Practice (prayers and guided meditation) takes place every weekday evening.
The Café is open from 11am–5pm, Friday, Sat and Sunday serving delicious cakes, bagels, teas, coffees & more
OUR MEDITATION CLASSES
The drop in meditation classes at the centre and around Merseyside are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
