We’re delighted to announce that Kadampa Meditation Centre Liverpool is now open again for some classes in our new marquee in the garden, while continuing to offer a full programme of live-streamed classes & events online.

The marquee provides a safe, well-ventilated, socially-distanced space for Morning Meditations on Monday and Wednesday, Meditation Classes on Saturday morning and Sunday half-day courses and retreats. We can’t wait to welcome you back to KMC Liverpool!

Meanwhile, Daily Practice is live-streamed every weekday morning, Meditation Classes are live-streamed on Monday evenings and the Sunday half-day courses and retreats in the marquee are also live-streamed.  Monday Meditation Classes and Sunday courses are also available via catch-up for 7 days.

KMC Liverpool provides classes to people based in the local area; if you are based outside the Merseyside area, please find your local centre here.


The drop in meditation classes at the centre and around Merseyside are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
